What two former U.S. Special Forces members have to say about leadership is pretty cool

It was an honor to have Jocko Willink and Leif Babin on my show to discuss their new book “Extreme Ownership.”  They share stories and leadership lessons from combat as well as the life and training of a member of special forces.  The leadership principles they learned on the battlefield translate extremely well to everyday life.  We all discuss my philosophy that, even if you aren’t the smartest, strongest or most talented person in the room, you can still outwork those around you who have less desire to win than you do.   You won’t be sorry you heard this interview and you’ll want to rush out and buy the book!
